WHAT IS THE TOLERANCE FAIR ALL ABOUT?

The Tolerance Fair is an annual event that raises public awareness about differences and diversity, provides resources to those with differences, and introduces volunteer opportunities to passionate and supportive members of our community.

The event is free and open to the public.

WHAT WILL I SEE WHEN I GET THERE?

This is an  event anyone can attend.  It features entertaining activities for people of all ages!  (click here for more information on the schedule for the day!)

At the Tolerance Fair, you will see over 200 non-profit and resource organizations, exhibiting with the following goals.

  • Educate about the differences they serve
  • Highlight resources available to people who need help to
    manage their differences
  • Highlight ways in which people can make a difference by giving
    back to their community
  • Showcase that Northeast Ohio is filled with cities inspired to
create tolerant and accepting living environments

You will have the opportunity to be inspired by some amazing speakers, and you will be able to participate in interactive activities that will let you experience some one else’s differences first hand.  For example, you will have the opportunity to play basketball and soccer in a wheel chair and participate in a number of interactive activities that will give you the chance to experience what it is like to navigate the world with different challenges.
